One day workshop

Stress is one of the biggest health issues in the UK leading to a range of physical and mental health conditions. Combating stress with exercise is now recognised to be part of the solution to help alleviate these problems. This workshop provides an insight into the wide range of relaxation techniques that are available and how they can be utilised to fight stress. You will delve into the arts of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and learn about the breathing techniques that are vital in delivering relaxation courses.
