Your path into the fitness industry…
This table shows you the courses we offer and their Levels. Students start their journey at Level 2 and eventually work up to Level’s 3 and 4. It is not necessary to complete all courses at one level to progress to the next, but to move from Level 3 to Level 4, students must pass our ‘Gateway course’ – GP Exercise Referral.
Our PURE Series is a group of exciting courses that can be completed by any student who has completed a relevant Level 2 Course.

Level 4 Courses
To start our Level 4 courses you must first complete our 'Gateway' course from Level 3 - GP Exercise Referral. This will give you the foundations you will need to complete these more advanced courses.

Our Courses
All courses have been developed to enhance your future career, whether as a Personal Trainer, Exercise to Music Instructor, Gym Instructor, or for your continuing professional development (CPD).
Our Personal Trainer Courses are taught through supported distance learning with regular telephone tuition sessions, giving you the opportunity to study at home, at your own pace and with the help of our team of tutors. This is combined with attendance on our practical workshop and assessment days held by tutors at locations throughout the UK including Manchester, Warrington, Birmingham, Bristol, London, Romford and Eastbourne.
